Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and K2 Labs (FZE), a Free Zone Establishment registered in the Sharjah Research, Technology, and Innovation Park (SRTIP), United Arab Emirates (“we,” “us,” “Calino”), governing your access to and use of calino.app and the Calino application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. What Calino is
Calino lets you connect calendar accounts (Google, Microsoft) and conferencing accounts (Zoom), build shareable booking links so others can schedule time with you based on your real-time availability, and automatically create video-conferencing meetings (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom) for those bookings. Calino does not currently process payments.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in method (a one-time email code) and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Connecting third-party accounts
When you connect a Google, Microsoft, or Zoom account, you authorize Calino to access that account according to the specific permissions you grant during that provider's own consent process, and to store and use the resulting connection to provide the features of the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any account you link, including any work or school account.
- You can revoke Calino's access to a connected account at any time from the Integrations page or directly through the provider's own account settings. Revoking a Zoom connection immediately stops Calino from creating or modifying any further Zoom meetings on that account; see our Privacy Policy, Section 7, for what revoking a connection means for data already synced.
- Calino's availability and behavior with respect to each connected provider depends on that provider's own API, terms, and uptime, which are outside our control.
Provider-specific notes:
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings are created independently of your destination calendar. A Microsoft Teams meeting is not automatically deleted when a booking it was created for is later cancelled or rescheduled. A Zoom meeting is deleted when its booking is cancelled or its event is removed, and is moved (not replaced) when rescheduled.
- Google Meet access restrictions require you to have granted the relevant Google permission; until you do (or if that step fails), a Meet link is still created but is left at Google's default access settings rather than restricted — we will never represent a meeting as access-restricted when it is not.
5. Booking links and guest information
If you create booking links, you are responsible for the accuracy of the availability, location, and conferencing information you configure, and for your own conduct toward guests who book time with you. Guests who book a meeting through your link provide their name, email address, and any notes directly to you and to Calino; you are responsible for your own use of that information consistent with applicable law and with our Privacy Policy.
Booking-management links (used to cancel or reschedule a booking) are not single-use, are not tied to a Calino account, and do not expire on a fixed schedule — they remain valid for as long as the booking itself can still be cancelled or rescheduled. Anyone with access to a management link can cancel or reschedule that specific booking. Do not forward a booking-management link to anyone you do not want to have that ability.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law, or the terms of any third-party service (including Google's, Microsoft's, or Zoom's own terms) you connect to Calino.
- Use booking links to collect information from guests for purposes unrelated to scheduling a legitimate meeting, or to harass, defraud, or deceive guests.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, connected calendars, or booking data, including by guessing or circulating another user's booking-management links without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, or attempt to bypass any security or access control.
- Use the Service to transmit malware or engage in any activity that could harm Calino, our infrastructure providers, or other users.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. Service availability
The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (including Supabase, Railway, and the Google, Microsoft, and Zoom APIs) and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
8. Intellectual property
Calino and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by K2 Labs (FZE) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the calendar, booking, and guest data you provide to or generate through the Service, subject to the license you grant us below.
You grant Calino a limited license to access, store, and process your connected-account and booking data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that calendar syncing, availability calculations, or video-meeting creation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, K2 Labs (FZE) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service, and disconnect any connected account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. If we decide to discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, the data-retention behavior described in our Privacy Policy applies.
12. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new “Last updated” date; for material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
