Calino

Fix a calendar that is not syncing

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Check the account on the Integrations page. If it says Reconnect needed, click Reconnect and allow access again. Otherwise wait a few minutes, because Calino also re-checks every connected calendar about every 15 minutes.

Check the account status

Open Integrations. Each account shows a badge: Connected, Reconnect needed or Disconnected. Connected accounts also show when they last synced.

Reconnect an account

  1. Click Reconnect on the account.
  2. Sign in and allow access again.
  3. Check that the account now shows Connected.

Other common causes

  • Access was revoked. You removed Calino from your Google or Microsoft account, or the access expired. Reconnect the account.
  • Locked on your Free plan. Integrations says calendars are locked and not syncing. See the guide on plan limits.
  • We couldn't load your calendars yet. The account connected but its calendar list did not load. Click Edit calendars to try again.
  • The calendar is not ticked. Click Edit calendars and make sure the calendar is selected.
  • Admin approval is needed. A Microsoft 365 administrator must approve Calino before the account can connect.
  • Already connected to a different Calino account. Disconnect it from the other account first.
