Last updated: October 20, 2026
Open Integrations and click Connect Microsoft Account. Work, school and personal Microsoft accounts all work, and you can connect several. Microsoft Teams meetings need a work or school account.
Connect an account
- Open Integrations from the navigation.
- On the Microsoft card, click Connect Microsoft Account.
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365, Outlook or Exchange Online account and allow access.
- Choose which calendars to sync and click Confirm.

If your organization needs to approve Calino
Some work and school accounts only allow apps that an administrator has approved. Calino then tells you that your Microsoft 365 admin needs to approve it and offers Get a link for your IT admin. Send that link to your administrator. Once they approve, connect the account again.
Which accounts support Teams meetings
Microsoft Teams meetings can be created through a Microsoft work or school account. Personal Outlook accounts sync calendars and bookings but cannot create Teams meetings. See the guide on adding video meetings for how to choose Teams on a booking link.
Several accounts and limits
- Connect as many Microsoft accounts as you need on Standard. The Free plan includes 1 connected account in total, across Google and Microsoft.
- Use Edit calendars on an account row to change which of its calendars sync.
- If an account shows Reconnect needed, click Reconnect and allow access again.
