Teams: shared booking pages
Last updated: November 7, 2026
The Team plan is billed per seat, and every seat includes Standard. You buy seats once, create as many teams as you need, invite people by email, then build team booking links that match guests to hosts using each person's own calendars. Guests only ever see times, never what is on anyone's calendar.
Buy seats
- Open Settings and then Billing.
- On the Team card, enter the number of seats (you count as one) and choose monthly or annual.
- Complete checkout. If you are on Standard, use Upgrade to Team instead: your Standard is switched to Team, the unused time is credited and the difference is charged right away.
There is no free trial for Team. Add or lower seats any time under Team license on the billing page, or under License seats in team settings. Adding seats is charged now for the rest of the period. Lowering applies from your next invoice with no refund, and you cannot go below the seats in use.
Create a team and invite people
- Open Workspaces from the navigation and create a team with Create team.
- Open the team's settings and, under Invitations, enter an email address and click Send invite.
- The person opens the link, signs in with that address and joins. Invitations last 7 days and each one reserves a seat.
One person uses one seat across all your teams. Roles are Admin and Member. Admins invite and remove people, create team booking links and manage seats. Members set up their own availability for links they host.
Team booking links
Each team link has one way of matching a guest to a host:
- Everyone together: the guest books a time when every host is free, and everyone joins.
- First available host: a time shows when at least one host is free, and the first free host in your order gets it.
- Take turns: the free host with the fewest bookings in the next 30 days gets it.
- Guest picks a host: the guest chooses a host first, then sees that host's times.
Each host opens Your settings for this link to choose which calendars to check, where to book, their location and their hours. A link stays off until every host it needs has finished their setup.
If you have your own Standard
Joining a team gives you Standard through your seat. If you pay for your own Standard, joining cancels it and keeps the unused time as a credit for later. You are asked to confirm before you join. Calino does not issue refunds, so a credit only reduces a future Calino charge.
If the license ends
Team booking links switch off and their pages show as unavailable. Nothing is deleted. Admins can still see the team read only, and moving the team to another license turns everything back on.
