Create booking links and groups
Last updated: October 20, 2026
A booking link is one meeting type, such as a 30 minute intro call. Links live inside a group, and each group has its own public URL, so a link's address looks like calino.app/your-group/your-link.
Groups and links
A group is a public page that holds one or more booking links and has its own URL, for example calino.app/studio. A booking link is one meeting type inside it, for example calino.app/studio/intro-call. Each link has its own duration, hours, calendars and location. The Free plan includes 1 group and 3 booking links. Standard has no limit.
Create a group
- Open Booking Links and click + New Group.
- Enter a Name. A description is optional.
- Confirm the group's public URL. This is the address people will use, so choose it carefully.
- Create the group.

Archive and restore
Archiving a link stops it taking bookings without deleting it. Restore it later from Show archived.
